Field Sales Executive
Hi Candidate, there is a good opportunity for MBA (Min 6 Months Experience) Or Graduates ( Min 1 Year Experience) as Field Sales Executive.
Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Field Sales Executive/Sr. Executive to achieve
sales targets through consultative approach. The Field Sales executive’s responsibilities include sourcing,
selling, cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and
assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all appointments/calls
made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve
customer complaints.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meeting customers to generate revenue on all appointments given by telesales team
- Sourcing potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services
- Calling existing customers to persuade them to upgrade services/packages
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company
products and services
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable
recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Maintaining sales ratio of 60% (Telesales team appointment) and 40% self-generated
appointment/references.
- Handling existing customers’ complaints proactively
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to revenue generation.
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related
field is preferred
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous
- MBA (Min 1 year Experience) Or Graduates ( Min 2 Year Experience) proven working record as a
Field Sales Executive/Sr. Executive
- B2C/B2B/IT services sales experience needed
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
