After a call is initiated via the Click-to-Call button in the App, and once
it is disconnected, the App retrieves the latest entry from the device’s call log that
matches the dialed number.
Only the call duration from that specific entry is extracted and stored in the CRM for
accurate telesales tracking.
The App does not modify, delete, or share call logs beyond this specific purpose.
CRM Data: Leads and customer records entered into the App. Users may edit lead
details where permitted but cannot delete stored data.
Device Information: Details such as operating system and network type to ensure the
App functions properly.
Usage Data: Interaction logs and analytics to improve performance.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data for the following purposes:
